1. If the drilled material is too hard (such as stainless steel), first use a 3-6mm drill bit to drill small holes, and then use a large drill bit to ream the holes.
2. The drilling power drill should have the best rotation number between 80-120. The larger the rotation number, the less it can't drill, and the drill bit is burned.
3. Since stainless steel contains more alloy components, its hardness and mechanical properties are higher. When drilling with a flash drill, sufficient pressure and motor power are required to be applied enough, making it easier to use a table drill.
4. Add coolant or cutting fluid to cool down when drilling holes with conditions to reduce the damage to the drill bit by the high temperature caused by rotation and extend the service life of the drill bit.
5. If the drilling diameter of stainless steel is more than 10mm and the drilling thickness is also relatively large, it is best to choose a drilling machine with a larger wattage of more than 500w powered by 380v for processing.
6. For steels treated with quenching heat, due to their high hardness, they need to be annealed before processing to avoid drilling or damage from the drill bit.
